Former South Carolina quarterback Connor Shaw may play for the Cleveland Browns, but the Clayton, Ga., native spent some time in his adopted state on Saturday.
The winningest quarterback in Gamecocks history spent Saturday holding a football camp at the Irmo, S.C., YMCA, teaching fundamentals to a number of youngsters.
“I enjoy paying it forward back to the community. It’s just something that I love to do, is coaching these little kids,” Shaw said, per a video posted on GoGamecocks.com.
Incredible turnout this morning! Lot of coachable, dedicated, & talented kids at our Irmo camp. Thank you to all who came and competed!
