Gilmore had 5 interceptions this season, while his 14 career interceptions rank fourth among all AFC defenders since 2012.
The Rock Hill, S.C., native made 8 interceptions during his three years at South Carolina. He earned first-team All-SEC honors in 2010, when he was also third-team All-American.
The Bills picked him No. 10 overall in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Former Gamecocks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney also was picked for the Pro Bowl, but he will not take part in the game because of elbow and wrist injuries.
