The free agent pass catcher is expected to sign with the Oakland Raiders, according NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Cook burst onto the scene for the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs last season, making 18 catches for 229 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also made the miraculous last-minute catch against Dallas to set up Mason Crosby’s game-winning field goal in the divisional round.
Last season was Cook’s first with the Packers. He has previously played for the Titans and Rams. He joins a Raiders offense that was sixth in the NFL in passing yards last year.
