The wins just keep rolling in for new Gamecocks coach Will Muschamp.
After adding two commitments and witnessing another reaffirm his pledge Tuesday, South Carolina announced that 4-star defensive back Jamarcus King will complete his college career in Columbia, S.C., on Wednesday morning, the beginning of the early signing period for mid-year enrollees.
King, the No.2 junior college cornerback in the nation, had previously pledged himself to Auburn before de-committing in September. The 6-foot-1, 180-pound defender also reported offers from Florida, Tennessee, and Arkansas, among others.
King is South Carolina’s first signee for the Class of 2016.
