South Carolina basketball is hosting a transfer for a visit this week.
According to The State, former UNC-Wilmington guard CJ Bryce will visit South Carolina this week.
Bryce scored 17.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game last season as a sophomore, helping lead the Seahawks to the NCAA Tournament last season. He was a first-team all-Colonial Athletic Association selection and was named the league tournament MVP.
The 6-foot-5, 185-pound Bryce already has visited NC State, where his former UNCW coach Kevin Keatts is now the head coach. Bryce reportedly is hearing from Maryland, Miami, Wake Forest, Gonzaga and more.
Wright State grad transfer Mark Alstork was on campus over the weekend, as South Carolina also seems immediate impact in replacing a large dose of scoring that graduated after last season.
