You may remember from last season that flooding in Columbia, S.C., last October forced the Gamecocks to move their home game vs. LSU to Baton Rouge, La.
The Tigers did everything possible to make the Gamecocks feel at home, including playing the team’s alma mater song after the game.
Now that the roles have unfortunately been reversed, with Baton Rouge and other parts of Louisiana dealing with the effects of severe flooding, South Carolina has sent food to LSU that arrived Saturday. This video of the Gamecocks marching band playing the Tigers’ alma mater song also surfaced on YouTube on Saturday as a show of support.
