According to a report from Scout.com’s Michael McCammon, Whitlow intends to join Bobby Petrino’s team at Louisville.

As a freshman in 2015, Whitlow had 14 tackles and 5 tackles for loss. He took a redshirt during Will Muschamp’s first year at South Carolina last season, and announced his transfer from the program in February.
Whitlow first indicated he would be visiting Louisville Louisville last month, and it appears the mutual interest blossomed into a commitment rather quickly. He first announced his decision to transfer in February via a note on Twitter in February.
