South Carolina has added a commitment from 2018 defensive end Kingsley Enagbare, a 3-star prospect from Hapeville Charter in Atlanta, Ga.
Chad Simmons of Rivals.com was first to report the news on Wednesday night.
“I just feel at home there. I have always felt wanted there, they treat me great and they always welcome me. It is just that home feel and it is because of the coaches,” Enagbare told Simmons.
Enagbare’s announcement comes less than a week after he was on campus for the Will Muschamp Football Camp.
Enagbare (6-4, 255) committed to South Carolina over offers from Georgia and Georgia Tech. According to Rivals, he is ranked as the No. 26 strong-side defensive end in the Class of 2018.
With his commitment, the Gamecocks now have four defensive linemen set to enroll in 2018: Tyreek Johnson, a 2017 defensive end signee out of Sumter, S.C., to go along with junior college tackles Jabari Ellis (Georgia Military College) and Dantrell Barkley (Independence C.C.).
Enagbare attends the same high school that produced South Carolina redshirt sophomore linebacker/safety Antoine Wilder.
