Summie Carlay is staying home.
The three-star offensive lineman from Laurens, S.C., committed to play for the in-state Gamecocks on Saturday. Carlay announced the news on Twitter.

Carlay is rated as the No. 9 player in the state in the Class of 2017 and the No. 83 offensive tackle, according to the 247Sports composite. He chose the Gamecocks over regional rivals North Carolina, North Carolina State and Clemson and was recruited by last year’s interim head coach, Shawn Elliott, per 247Sports.com.
