Before wrapping up the first official visit weekend of the month, South Carolina coach Will Muschamp landed his first commitment during the 2017 calendar year.
Three-star offensive tackle Jordan Rhodes committed to South Carolina on Sunday morning.

Rhodes, who’s from Creekside High School in Fairburn, Ga., committed to South Carolina while in town for his official visit.
The 6-foot-6, 300-pound prospect committed over offers from Missouri, Mississippi State and Cincinnati.
According to 247Sports, Rhodes is the No. 116-ranked offensive tackle in the class of 2017.
The Gamecocks 2017 offensive line haul is now up to four: 3-star Summie Carlay (Laurens, S.C.), 3-star Dennis Daley (Columbia, S.C.) and 3-star Eric Douglas (Charlotte, N.C.).
Four-star Tony Gray, who also was on campus for an official visit this weekend, remains in the crosshairs for South Carolina.
