Hurricane Matthew has spent the last few days causing destruction to the coastline of the southeastern United States.
And while it is certainly nothing compared to the catastrophic property damage suffered by some of the citizens of those states, South Carolina’s Williams-Brice Stadium has apparently fallen victim to the storm as well.
According to a photo shared SpursandFeathers.com, it appears as though the press box at the Gamecocks football venue has suffered some wind damage. The letters “G, C and O” in Gamecocks appear to be missing from the lettering above the pressbox windows. Have a look:

South Carolina and Georgia will play on Sunday after the game, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, was postponed in an effort to wait out the stormy condition brought on by the former Category 4 hurricane.
South Carolina AD Ray Tanner’s house was among those damaged by the storm as well.
