It has to be difficult for Detroit Lions defensive lineman Devin Taylor to find suits that fit his 6-foot-7 frame. But the former Gamecock found a way to show he’s in the holiday spirit on Sunday.
The fashion in professional sports leagues, including the NFL, has become the players’ way of expressing who they are. Taylor certainly likes to have fun given the way he’s dressed. The ridiculous part is it could be bespoke or it might be out of a carton at Goodwill.

Though he might be having fun off the field, it’s clear he also means business. Taylor is in his fourth season in the NFL, but this is the first in which he has started every game so far. Entering Sunday, he has 26 tackles with 4.5 sacks in 2016.
The production is simply an extension of his time in Columbia, when he was named first team All-SEC by the AP in his sophomore season in 2010, when he collected 7.5 sacks and 46 tackles. He had 40 tackles and 8.5 for loss with 3 sacks during his senior year at South Carolina.
