There has been a lot of discussion about the behavior of Clemson defenders heading into Monday’s national championship game. Following the reveal of an egregious video of Tigers defensive lineman Christian Wilkins groping an Ohio State player that went viral during the College Football Playoff semifinals, South Carolina offensive lineman Zack Bailey shared video of his own unfortunate run-in with the Clemson defense.
In footage from the Gamecocks’ disappointing loss to Clemson to end the regular season in late November, Tigers LB Ben Boulware (No. 10) can clearly be seen going after Bailey’s backside in an inappropriate manner:

In an interesting twist to the story, Boulware is the Tigers player who came under fire on Wednesday for supporting his teammate in spite of the actions against Ohio State.
In what turned into an epic rant, Boulware claimed that people who were offended by Wilkins’ actions “have never played the game, or were just losers who didn’t have any friends when they played the game.”
