COLUMBIA, S.C. – During Thursday night’s radio call-in show, South Carolina coach Will Muschamp updated the status of several players.
Muschamp said sophomore guard Donell Stanley (ankle) and freshman defensive lineman Kier Thomas (ribs) will be game-time decisions before Saturday’s 4 o’clock showdown against Missouri.
Freshman nickel cornerback Antoine Wilder (shoulder) and freshman linebacker T.J. Brunson (ankle) practiced the last two days. Both should be available to play on Saturday.
Senior punter Sean Kelly has been fighting through a “sore knee” over the few weeks.
“It’s just some chronic things that he’s working through right now. Really proud of how he’s responded and been able to go out there and kick, and kick well for us,” Muschamp said.
