KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee football is not only maintaining its offseason momentum, it has actually turned it up.
The Vols moved up to No. 3 in the nation and No 1 in the SEC in recruiting (per 247Sports composite) with Thursday’s announcement from elite junior college defensive end Dorian Gerald.
Gerald’s commitment was enough to get normally reserved Tennessee assistant Brady Hoke to use all capital letters in a Tweet that was obviously a reference to to Gerald’s commitment.
