After the news was first reported earlier in the afternoon, Haynesworth posted a lengthy message voicing his displeasure with the news.
“If UT leaders don’t take football serious then I will find the program that will!!
I’m just going to say this if we hire Greg Schiano as our next head coach my options will be open to which college program I will Be donating my TIME and MONEY to. (No disrespect to GS) but if UT leaders don’t take football serious then I will find the program that will!!!

There is a ton of outrage on Twitter over the reported finalization of a deal. Whether it be because of Schiano’s 68-67 career record at Rutgers, his disastrous time as coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the fact that court documents show that Schiano allegedly knew about the Jerry Sandusky scandal and did nothing, this does not look like good news for Tennessee.
And all this is coming off Tennessee’s first eight-loss season in school history.
