Tennessee isn’t letting up on 4-star running back Carlin Fils-Aime just because he committed to the Vols in July. Tennessee’s coaches had a special birthday message for him on Tuesday.

That’s Jones in Tennessee’s media center along with running backs coach Robert Gillespie.
“That made my day,” the running back from Naples (Fla.) High said. “It put a smile on my face to see that the coaches would do something like that for me.”
Fils-Aime seemed pleased but not necessarily surprised. He’s seen this kind of treatment from Tennessee’s coaches throughout his recruitment.
“They’re great at what they do,” the 5-foot-11, 180-pound prospect said when asked about Tennessee’s coaches. “They connect with the kids real well. They rarely talk about football. They talk about getting to know you and your family. That’s what I love about them.”
Fils-Aime said Miami and Auburn still contact him. Despite continuing to speak with both schools, he isn’t interested in changing his commitment. He said he plans to take just one official visit to Tennessee.
Fils-Aime is rated a four-star prospect and the No. 9 tailback in the nation.
