Tennessee continues to heavily pursue offensive tackle prospect Blake Vinson. The interest seems mutual.
The 3-star offensive tackle from North Marion High School (Citra, Fla.) took an unofficial visit to Knoxville to attend junior day this weekend. Then, the 2017 prospect raved about the trip on Twitter.

Despite Tennessee’s distance from home and Vinson’s proximity to Florida, the Vols seem to be well-positioned in his recruitment. The 6-foot-4 ½, 285-pound lineman has shown consistent interest in Tennessee. He also took an official visit to Knoxville for the Western Carolina game in September.
Vinson is obviously a priority. Tennessee coach Butch Jones and receivers coach Zach Azzanni visited Vinson’s school later in September.
There is already plenty of competition for Vinson. He has reported scholarship offers from over 20 schools. Florida and Georgia are thought to be the Vols’ primary competition.
