Arian Foster has a fresh start in the NFL in more ways than one.
The former Tennessee running back, now with the Miami Dolphins after spending the first seven years of his career with the Houston Texans, feels good about the progress of his right leg after he tore his Achilles tendon less than 10 months ago.
As reported by Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post, Foster considers himself ready to move beyond the injury.
“It’s back,” Foster told Schad. “We’re good.”
That would be good news for the Dolphins. Foster had 6,472 yards rushing with the Texans, but he had just 163 in four games last year.
A healthy Foster could mean a major uptick in production.
