Georgia 4-star is high on the Tennessee Volunteers
LeAnthony Williams will celebrate his birthday on Nov. 4 by announcing his top five.
Williams, a 2017 4-star cornerback from Roswell High School (Ga.), told the AJC’s SECCountry.com that Tennessee and Florida State are two schools that he is strongly considering at this point in his recruitment.
One of the reasons why the Volunteers are high on his list is the great relationship he has built with the Tennessee coaching staff.
“I talk to (defensive backs coach Willie) Martinez almost every day,” Williams said. “Just a little conversation — nothing big — but I talk to every coach like that.”
The 6-foot, 170-pounder is rated the state of Georgia’s No. 25 prospect in 2017.
In the video above, Williams gives answers to the following questions:
1) Williams listens to the fight song of one school before each game. Which school is it?
2) He received a special invitation to a huge SEC showdown from one of the head coaches. Who contacted him and what did he tell him?
3) Besides Tennessee, Williams names two other SEC schools that he is considering. Which schools?
4) Which school does he consider a dream school?
