NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah probably didn’t enjoy the fashion statement he had to make Tuesday.
The network’s NFL draft analyst, an Appalachian State graduate, bet another NFL Network staffer, a Tennessee alumnus, that his Mountaineers would beat the Vols. He must have felt pretty good about himself at halftime of the team’s close game in Knoxville.
However, the Vols eventually won in overtime, meaning Jeremiah had to wear a Tennessee tie on the air on Tuesday. Being a man of honor, he did it, and his co-host Bucky Brooks posted a picture on Twitter.

Jeremiah was actually lucky. The tie he had to wear was pretty understated. Sean Sullivan, the winner of the bet, had some more exciting ties that he wanted Jeremiah to wear.
