LOOK: Someone jabs Butch Jones, Tennessee with sign at ESPN’s College GameDay
The Butch Jones jabbing continued with a sign at ESPN’s College GameDay.
It’s not a secret that the Tennessee coach is on a massive hot seat with the Volunteers’ 3-4 start. It remains to be seen what will become of the Vols’ leader, but there have been many displays of public ribbing directed Jones’ way of late.
That continued with a sign on ESPN’s premier college football pregame show during its broadcast Saturday in Columbus, Ohio, before the Penn State-Ohio State game. Check out the message below behind host Rece Davis that reads, “Give Tennessee a refund.”

We’ll see how Tennessee officials proceed with Jones in the coming weeks. The Vols have a intriguing test at Kentucky on Saturday night. A victory there would certainly help Jones’ cause, but the hill for the coach might be too tall to climb without winning out in Tennessee’s remaining five games.
