Tennessee picked up yet another commitment following its dominant performance in the Outback Bowl on Friday.
Shortly after the Vols beat Northwestern, 45-6, Nathan Niehaus become the Vol’s 17th commitment, according to a tweet by Scout.com’s Danny Parker.

The 6-foot-6, 259-pound offensive tackle from Colerain (Cincinnati, Ohio) High School had been a longtime West Virginia commitment. He began showing interest in the Vols in early December and took an unofficial visit to Knoxville, Tenn. Niehaus also had a scholarship offer from Louisville.
Just before Niehaus committed, Tennessee picked up a commitment from Baylen Buchanan. Buchanan chose the Vols over Oklahoma, Louisville and Georgia. Buchanan is the son of NFL standout Ray Buchanan.
