Tennessee football landed a major commitment Friday in 4-star S Brendon Harris.
The 2018 prospect from Chattanooga, Tenn., announced his decision on Twitter. He’s the Vols’ 10th commit for this recruiting class, and their second-highest ranked commit behind 5-star T Cade Mays.

Harris is ranked as the No. 151 overall prospect in the nation and the No. 16 safety, according to the 247Sports composite. He also has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Florida and LSU, among others.
The addition of Harris gives Tennessee the seventh-ranked recruiting class in the country for 2018. The Vols currently have the No. 2 class in the SEC, trailing only LSU.
