KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee will be without one of its 10 seniors as well as yet another member of the secondary in today’s game against Missouri.
Senior interior offensive lineman Dylan Wiesman and junior safety Todd Kelly Jr. are not expected to play for the Vols (7-3, 3-3 SEC) against the Tigers (3-7 1-5) in the 3:30 p.m. contest at Neyland Stadium.
Wiesman, a 6-foot-4, 310-pounder from Cincinnati, missed the Alabama game on account of a concussion suffered against Texas A&M. He returned for the next three games before suffering an ankle injury last week against Kentucky.
Kelly will miss his first start of the season after suffering an ankle injury in the 49-36 victory over the Wildcats last week.
With Kelly out, Tennessee is assured of starting its ninth different combination in the secondary this season.
