KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee has entered into its offseason workouts with most of its signees present, with two notable exceptions: Nashville Christian 4-star defensive lineman Brant Lawless and Georgia 4-star linebacker JJ Peterson are not yet on campus.
Peterson has academic work to finish up and is expected to arrive in July.
Lawless has yet to release the details of his delay amid speculation that it may involve standardized testing.
SEC Country’s Mike Griffith and WNML’s Josh Ward discuss what each player means to the Vols, and the timeline of their ability to contribute.
