Tennessee running back Jalen Hurd did not make the trip to Texas A&M and will not play on Saturday due to an undisclosed injury, a team spokesman announced on Friday per SEC Country’s Mike Griffith.
It was rumored on Thursday that Hurd may not be playing, which turned out to be the case.

Hurd has rushed for 407 yards on 101 carries with 2 touchdowns in five games this season. He suffered a lower extremity injury in last week’s game over Georgia, but returned to practice on Monday.
