Warren, who is listed at 6-6 and 211 pounds, is rated as the No. 31 tight end in the country according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He also had offers from Auburn, Louisville, Oregon and Oklahoma State, among other FBS programs.
He is the son of former Vols offensive lineman James Warren, making him another legacy commitment for Butch Jones.
Warren becomes the 11th commitment of the Vols’ 2018 class, which rated as No. 9 in the nation and No. 2 in the SEC via 247Sports’ rankings prior to the announcement.
