KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee has known for quite a while what it was getting in Jarrett Guarantano, and the redshirt freshman has not disappointed on or off the field.
Guarantano is in a heated quarterback battle with junior Quinten Dormady that’s not expected to be decided until fall camp, at the earliest.
Off the field, Guarantano made his Knoxville media debut on Tuesday by saying the Vols would be winning an SEC Championship “soon.”
The Tennessee coaches have told Guarantano they want him to be consistent on the field, so he might as well be consistent off the field as well.
It was during the recruiting process that Guarantano said he was coming to Tennessee to win SEC championships and compete for national championships as well as go to “big-time bowl games.”
Lol , if you want to go win SEC championships & go to big time bowl games come to Tennessee . Jump on board or just watch us win . Simple ??
