Tennessee has been building up to the 2016 football season by sharing hype videos intermittently through the offseason.
On Friday, the Vols added a little Smoky Mountain flavor to the series.
The Tennessee football Twitter account posted a video of “Team 120” doing what appears to be a team-building workout exercise in the wilderness.
The theme? “The details matter.”

Tennessee will open its season against Appalachian State on Sept 1. in Knoxville. The Mountaineers, located in Boone, North Carolina, could do a little mountain terrain training of their own if they so choose.
Appalachian State finished the 2015 with an 11-2 record and 7-1 mark in the Sun Belt, and is known for its 2007 upset of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
So while the Vols’ Week 2 meeting with Virginia Tech at Bristol Motor Speedway is receiving all of the preseason hype, it is outings like these that may help the Vols stay focused on what could be a very challenging season opener.
