No. 18 Tennessee found itself down 2 scores to South Carolina late in the third quarter, but star kick returner Evan Berry single-handedly brought that back to one.
Berry took Elliott Fry’s kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown that cut the Gamecocks’ lead to 17-14 with 1:35 left in the third.

In the process, Berry tied a school record, as explained below:
That 100-yard kickoff return TD by @aSuperManDoe was the 4th of his Tennessee career, tying him with Willie Gault for most in UT history

Tennessee needs this game to stay within one game of Florida for the SEC East lead. The Gators took care of Georgia 24-10 earlier Saturday to improve to 6-1 overall and 4-1 in SEC play this season.
Evan Berry's 100-yard kick return starts #Vols comeback from double-digits down — this will make it 5 wins after being behind 10 or more.
