Trey Williams will begin taking classes again at Texas A&M to finish his degree, the former Aggies running back tweeted Monday.
Williams served in the Texas A&M backfield from 2012-2014 before declaring for the NFL draft after his junior season and going undrafted. In three seasons at Texas A&M, Williams rushed for 1,343 yards on 204 carries, adding 330 yards in the air. He’s carried the ball twice in the NFL, both times for the Indianapolis Colts in 2015. He is currently a free agent.
Williams majored in agriculture leadership and development while at Texas A&M.
