Johnny Manziel turned himself in on a misdemeanor assault charge Wednesday in Highland Park, Texas, but the former Heisman Trophy winner didn’t look too distraught about it.
Here is the mugshot Manziel took Wednesday with what appears to be a smirk.

The quarterback may have revealed in a tweet, that has since been deleted, why he was happy with this mugshot compared to the one he took after an arrest in 2012.
“Just thankful I had a shirt this time,” Manziel wrote.
It was in stark contrast to a shirtless mugshot Manziel took when he was a 19-year-old freshman at Texas A&M. Manziel was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to identity and possessing a false identification card after an altercation.

If Manziel is convicted on the misdemeanor charge, he faces up to a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. The quarterback is still looking for work after he was cut by the Cleveland Browns in March.
