Former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel made headlines again on Friday after being pulled over by police in Avon, Ohio, earlier in the week for an alcohol-influenced domestic dispute with his girlfriend, according to multiple reports.
The incident report states that Manziel and his girlfriend, TCU student Colleen Elizabeth Crowley, became embroiled in an argument while both were traveling in a car on the interstate on Monday evening, per newsnet5.com in Cleveland. Manziel revealed to police that the pair drank earlier in the day, but neither was charged for any infraction.
The report also indicates that Crowley attempted to step out of the vehicle while it was still on the highway, and that she said she threw Manziel’s wallet out of the car window.
Manziel, who is in his second season with the Cleveland Browns, has not played since Sept. 20.
