Texas A&M could be looking to add help along its defensive line.
The Aggies are interested in Nebraska graduate transfer Kevin Williams, as reported by GigEm247.com’s Jeff Tarpley. The 6-foot-2, 275-pound defensive tackle missed the entire 2011 and 2013 seasons for the Huskers due to knee injuries.
Williams has been a decent contributor when healthy. He recorded 19 tackles, six tackles for loss and three sacks in 10 games during the 2014 season. He recorded only two tackles in eight games last season.
Williams has also garnered interest from SEC foe Kentucky, per Tarpley. If he chooses A&M, he would join an already fearsome Aggies defensive line that features star defensive ends Myles Garrett and Daeshon Hall.
