Martell’s father, Al, told Rivals.com’s Adam Gorney that a breakdown in communication between his son and Aggies offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone was at the heart of Tate’s decision to decommit.
Martell is considered to be the top-ranked dual threat quarterback in the Class of 2017.
