Texas A&M has added another commitment to its 2017 recruiting class, and he has quite the pedigree.
Camron Horry, a 3-star tight end from Taylor High School (Katy, Texas), announced his commitment to the Aggies via Twitter on Tuesday. He is the son of Robert Horry, who played basketball at Alabama and was a seven-time NBA champion with the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs.

Camron Horry is rated the No. 83 athlete in the Class of 2017, according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings. He has reported offers from LSU and Houston, among others, while Alabama has also shown interest in the 6-foot-5, 261-pounder.
Horry’s commitment gives the Aggies 13 total pledges for next year’s class.
