It’s a big game. ESPN’s College GameDay was in town. So of course the crowd was going to be quite large in College Station for Saturday’s Tennessee-Texas A&M game, a battle of the eighth- and ninth-ranked teams in the country.
Actually, only one crowd at Kyle Field has ever been larger.
Texas A&M announced Saturday’s attendance as 106,248, the second-largest in school history.

So what was the only game that drew more fans? In 2014, A&M set the SEC attendance record at the time when it hosted Ole Miss in front of 110,633.
