Former Texas A&M cornerback Nick Harvey announced back in March that he would be transferring for his final decision of eligibility. The next step was to decide on what school he would be attending. That decision has not been made yet, but a date for it has been set.
ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg was able to land some key information from the grad transfer.
Former Texas A&M CB Nick Harvey, a graduate transfer, has taken visits to #Auburn, #SouthCarolina, #Arizona and #Tennessee. Tells me he will decide May 11, his graduation date from TAMU. Will spend the next few weeks discussing his options with his family.

Each of his finalists received a visit from the former Aggie, which included three teams from the SEC — Auburn, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Harvey is a former 4-star recruit, according to 247Sports. He was the rated as the No. 11 CB for the class of 2014 (No. 114 overall).
After starting 12 games in 2016, Harvey was forced to sit out all of 2017 due to an offseason knee injury. It was an unfortunate break for a player who had been otherwise durable — participating in 38 of 39 possible games during his career.
All three teams from the SEC could certainly use Harvey’s services. Auburn and Tennessee, in particular, lost top players from their secondary — Carlton Davis and Rashaan Gaulden — to the NFL.
