Texas A&M picked up a commitment from three-star running back Travis Etienne on Saturday, the player announced via Twitter.

Etienne, a 5-foot-11, 199-pound prospect, from Jennings, Louisiana, is the No. 32 running back in the nation and the No. 23 overall prospect in the state of Louisiana. He is now the 11th commitment for the Aggies’ 2017 class.
Aggies coach Kevin Sumlin, as is his custom when he receives word of a player’s commitment, tweeted, “YESSIR!” in apparent acknowledgement, well before word spread of Etienne’s decision.
