Texas A&M will be down yet another wide receiver going into the 2017 season. Aggies WR Speedy Noil announced his decision to forgo his senior season to enter the NFL Draft.
After a career in College Station filled with flashes of on-field brilliance mixed with off-the-field issues, the Aggies can finally move on from what had become an increasingly frustration situation with one of their star wide receivers.
Noil, who was an extremely coveted wideout coming out of high school, finished the 2016 season with 21 receptions for 325 yards and two touchdowns. He finished his career with 88 catches for 1,134 yards and nine touchdowns.
In addition to Noil, the Aggies will have to replace WRs Ricky Seals-Jones and Josh Reynolds, along with QB Trevor Knight, in what will be a new-look passing game next season.
