Von Miller is glad he chose Texas A&M.
The Denver Broncos linebacker, who played for the Aggies from 2007 to 2010, showed his gratitude on Twitter for his college choice Monday. The day marked the 10-year anniversary of Miller choosing to attend Texas A&M, and the four-time Pro Bowl player made his feelings known to the world.
10yrs ago today I made the best decision of my life. I decided to attend @TAMU to play football and get my degree ??Thanks old Von

Later, Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin chimed in with a tweet of his own. The message was appropriate, given that Miller was named MVP of Super Bowl 50.

Things have worked out well for Miller, don’t you think? The Broncos took him second overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. In addition to the Pro Bowl nods, he has been named a first-team All-Pro twice. He also won the Defensive Rookie of the Year honor. And of course, that Super Bowl ring is sweet.
You can bet the Aggies are proud to call Miller one of their own.
