First it was the footage of two penguins fighting over a mate, now the Internet is obsessed with footage of an iguana evading the death grip of snakes.
So much so that people are overlaying audio on the video. This man just happened to use the SEC as his guide. See if you recognize this call from Verne Lundquist during an SEC on CBS broadcast.

Yes, that’s Lundquist’s call of Johnny Manziel’s touchdown for Texas A&M against Alabama in 2012. Just chalk this one up to an odd internet obsession, here’s the call over the play itself.
The parallels between the play and the iguana chase are easy to see. Manziel is clearly the iguana in this situation, trying to get away from the Alabama defense (the snakes). After bobbling the ball and nearly getting engulfed, Manziel somehow finds a way out for the touchdown.
The end result of the game was a 29-24 win for the Aggies, which coincidentally was four years ago this week. Texas A&M scored 20 points in the first quarter and another nine in the fourth quarter to secure the win. Alabama was No. 1 in the AP poll at the time and Texas A&M was No. 15. Manziel had 18 carries for 92 yards and completed 24 of 31 passes for 253 yards and two touchdowns.
