Trevor Knight ran it on the next play. On the first play for Tennessee, Josh Dobbs threw an interception, sealing a 45-38 win for Texas A&M in double overtime. The 24-yard catch from Kirk was his fifth on the day. He finished with 80 yards and a touchdown.
The Aggies are off next week before playing Alabama on Oct. 22. Tennessee plays Alabama next week. The Aggies are now 6-0 for the first time since 1994.
