Texas A&M’s Daylon Mack showed why he was a 5-star recruit against Nevada on Saturday. The freshman defensive tackle obliterated Nevada running back James Butler and nearly took down quarterback Tyler Stewart with him on a zone-read play in the red zone.
Mack fires out of his stance with a ton of momentum and gets into the backfield before Stewart even delivers the hand-off. It did help that Mack wasn’t exactly blocked, either.
So, five-star DT Daylon Mack is pretty good. pic.twitter.com/tVcFeM2Jnp
