The Nashville Predators seem to be the hottest team in the NHL right now, entering Thursday night with a 2-1 lead in the Western Conference Finals as their quest to bring the Stanley Cup to the Music City continues.
Count Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason as one of the fans fired up about the Predators, as he posted a video of him watching highlights to gear up for Game 4 tonight.

The fans in “Smashville” have reason to be hyped. The Predators, who started play in 1998, have never been this far in the NHL Playoffs, with their deepest run being three previous trips to the conference semifinals.
Something is brewing, though, as the Predators took care of playoff nemesis Chicago in the first round, sweeping the Blackhawks before dispatching the St. Louis Blues 4-2 in the semifinals.
