The former three-star recruit averaged just 1.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 4.7 minutes, appearing in 22 games for the Commodores last season.
Sehic was set to play behind juniors Luke Cornett and Damian Jones.
During his recruiting, Sehic received offers from the Iowa, Nebraska and Penn State, among others, before signing with Vanderbilt.
