Vanderbilt just picked up its highest-rated recruit in this year’s class.
JoeJuan Williams, a 4-star cornerback from Hendersonville (Tenn.) High School, committed to Vanderbilt over LSU.
With the addition of Williams, the Commodores now have 14 total commits — two of those are cornerbacks.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder is rated as the nation’s No. 15 cornerback and the state of Tennessee’s No. 3 overall prospect.
He will enroll at Vanderbilt in January and will be able to compete in spring practice.
