Vanderbilt lands commitment from in-state wide receiver Jayden Harrison

Jayden Harrison is staying close to home to begin his college career.

Harrison, a 3-star wide receiver from Nashville, announced on Saturday that he has committed to Vanderbilt. He picked the Commodores over offers from Kentucky, Mississippi State, Missouri, Tennessee and more.

Harrison announced his decision on Twitter:

Vanderbilt has 10 commits in the Class of 2019 — all are 3-star recruits — after landing Harrison, the No. 22 Tennessee recruit and the No. 88 receiver recruit per the 247Sports composite rankings.

The Commodores have had quite a bit of success on the recruiting trail recently, landing six commits since June 23.
