The sophomore struggled during the 2015 season with 12 interceptions. Only two SEC quarterbacks threw more picks. Although coach Derek Mason deemed him the initial starter, he soon lost that job to freshman Kyle Shurmur.
The Commodores established Shurmur would start for Vanderbilt next season after he closed it out against the Tennessee Vols.
The sophomore will have two years of eligibility left when he picks a new school.
